Last of the Gerbils...
Nov. 23rd, 2006 01:00 amPretty little Pye is alone now. His lifelong companion, Number 1 Son, also known as Houdini, after a lifetime of escapology and adventure, died of old age in his sleep tonight.
Working for weeks on end so far away means I can't really afford to renew the cycle with Pye, of finding him a baby companion: I'm not here to look after them and though
larians has covered for me, it's unfair to ask an asthmatic to keep house for two wee dust churners.
Anyone out there able to adopt a beautiful ginger and white young gerbil? He's healthy and friendly and comes with a fab cage! Perfection would be someone who would get him a little pup companion. If you know anybody who cares about rodenty friends and would be willing to help, give me a shout below.
Thanks for any help.
I am a little sad tonight.
