Panic attack

...up most of the night with a fear of possible melanoma recurrence. Why?

When I slept, I dreamt a long and complex dream with a backdrop of many voices discussing something. Two nights I've dreamt this. I can't remember the details, just so many voices.

Suppose it comes back? not the dream, the other thing...

Well, there really is only one answer in that case; bollocks to it. Others have suffered far more than me, life is short and it should be very sweet. The point* is to fill it with whatever makes you happy. I don't know where this fear came from, but I can tell where it's leading; Wanderlust falls upon me again. I want to travel.

*According to me, and of course, I know everything.

Usually by trapping the moth in a small space in close proximity to the victimperson to be cured. Or somewhat more effectively, by restraining the phobic and using a bag arrangement.

Putting them inside things they're about to pick up and/or open is also effective. Sleeping bags are also useful and have an entertaining delay effect best appreciated from another building.
