The song says it all
That was a fine night's game, so fine we have to play again on Sunday. We can't help it, we're at a crucial point! It's clear to me that either Amber Eyes is going to ref blindingly to the point where we can't think of anything other than the game, or we are going to suck him dry of all creativity, leaving him a raddled husk...
Hmm, creativity. Tonight, Sensible But Spiritual and Laughs Like Gravel are coming round to dinner, and doubtless the event we've been discussing will come up in the conversation.
The idea is a good one, I think, not least cos it's different with less emphasis on controlling players and more on expressing their (in my opinion) immense creativity. It may not work, but it's still worth trying, and some top chums want to give it a go.
However, I have a huge, ever increasing list of projects to work on in order to make money and enjoy the real world! And there is only so much time and energy. As yet, I haven't pushed any passion into this idea. If I do, it will eat up my head for months, and I don't know if I can afford that.
And yet,it is a good idea. I haven't seen anything else like it, but then it's not as though I know everything that's going on out there. And it's more logistics and more event management and can I be fagged with it?
OK, yes, if I'm not busy. But I am, and at present, what with being a mozzarella head,I'm doing less than 50% of what I should be.
Dunno. I'll see tonight I guess. Must remember to fill in that insurance claim, and phone Aunt.
I had a dream last night in which some bloke turned up and corrected me on the translation of 'Alhambra,' saying it was 'The Red Castle' or 'The Red Fort' rather than 'The Red Palace.' I think I should market my head as an unusual holiday destination. Living there is like being an expat on the moon.
