Well, this has been a long day’s travel and tomorrow I anticipate hard conversations. But tonight I am in the Bib-Rambla, and it feels like I have been away a very long time. I am having beer and paella.Tomorrow can worry about itself.

Thank you. I am glad you are not here. Usually I can think of no one I would love to spend more time with exploring a city. But right now now I would embarrass myself by crying all over you like a silly little girl.

It's very, very tough, I know. I wish there was something I could say that wouldn't come across as totally glib. But you & I both know there isn't.
