Back to work

I am a cold-infused jumble of today and yesterday. Tasks have been done, conversations begun, but there is no denying that I am not well enough to be sharp. Slept in til 10, bleary and snuffling now, I suppose I should take a covid test this afternoon so that I don't carry some hideous covid strain across Edinburgh into a hospital later this week.

Minor disappointment yesterday re the coming year, but it really is minor.

Not feeling very crisp at all.
