Not that they listen, or read this. Man, what a week I have had. I hope to catch up with chums' ljs as soon as possible, it's not that I don't care, I am merely disintegrating. I thought I had dealt with this months emotional rubbish, but my body does not agree. The head cold was bad, the sudden onset of psoriasis was unsightly, but the 'tummy trouble' in mid-show proved to be the star. It was only down to my excellent producer Sardonic Eyebrow that I avoided becoming an unexpected delight to any coprophiles passing through*. The producer hared out to a midnight shop and brought me back some immodium. I took three, was fine that night, and haven't needed, er, commode time since. That was three days ago. The good news is, I haven't eaten either, and currently subsist on a diet of water and caffeine. Stress, how I love thee.

*Yes, yes, I know.

You do know that the best things for stress relief (apart from shagging) are exercise and healthy food? I know I'm not one to preach about this, but if things are seriously as bad as they sound, you need to force yourself into being boring and sensible, no matter how horrific that might be.

Believe it or not, some of those scenarios might well be the case. I have had a dynamically crap September and it seems my body makes its own clever physical puns accordingly. But last night was grand and tomorrow looks better:-)

I was going to come back to you today and suggest a combination of a big leafy park and some fruit smoothies, but if you're up north now it's clearly far too grim for that! :-)
