You know those millet pillows one is meant to heat up in the microwave? I was given a lovely variant, a millet and lavendar pillow one heats up, tucks into a white plushy (albeit hollow) unicorn and then hugs to one's frozen parts. Mine is a pretty Christmas unicorn, his hooves and horn and ears are pink and his bit and bridle are pink and silver. Unfortunately, the millet pillow got left in the microwave for three minutes, and now the house smells not at all of soothing lavendar buds, but instead of a strange burnt birdseed smell, similar to day old chinese takeaway.

Ralik keeps staring at the unicorn accusingly. Even as I write, he has turned his back on it.

Just goes to show, sometimes warmth of heart is not enough.

Plushy Unicorn ?
Frozen parts ?

I'm going to go over there now and rock back and forth for a while.

Must forget Rule 34, there is no rule 34...

Drizzle it in butter, return to the microwave for a further 2 minutes et Voila!

A fantasy popcorn piƱata.

I have had a similar problem with the pink-headed monkey given to me by 24_hour_techie and hentai_ninja.

I still love it, however, so Mark has just learned to live with the odd smell ;)

This idea has merit. I will therefore ignore it...

My belurved is unlikely to be so tolerant. Maybe I could get another lavender pillow and just stuff it in the same hole.

I can't believe how wrong that sounds...

I've been scrubbing for ages but the stains just won't come out!

I think they may need to be dissolved in alcohol.
