Went to see it at the Playhouse last night. Good production, slowed by the framework of a supposed book club analysing Winston Smith's journal some time after 2030, but generally sharp and vivid. 101 minutes of course, and no intermission. Afterwards there was excellent Spanish nosh at a nearby restaurant. I had forgotten how much fun London can be...today is mole prodding at hospital day!
