Stop. Rewind. My mother got fearful about the mole, phoned me lots, I told her to go away, she badgered Littlebro who promised to speak to Dad for her. And he did. And now, Dad has my number.

I am not good with family contact.

In other news, Nemo (who turned out to be male) and two of his brothers have gone to a very kind and loving home thanks to Cyanidemigraine, aided and abetted by the goddess of cuddling little beasties, Evilwillow. I know that the gerbils will be happy. They're already quite tame, getting more so every time they are handled. I am missing them a little - kind of weird, considering I have 10 or 11 left, but these ones had lots of personality.

As well as rescuing semi-sentient paper-shredders from the local reptile house, Cyanidemigraine ran a great game of Vampire last night, final one until after the Gathering. How I enjoy this game! How can I handle waiting for so long?

And another thing; I have lots of work to do.

Man, I want to close my eyes and be back at the weekend...
