Thank god that's over

Project gone. Bye bye project. I am glad to be free of you. It's not your fault, but for something meant to be pleasurable, you really drove me nuts. Go away now.

I have had a glass of Twinings Jasmine/Green tea this morning. And I have brought it right back up again, cue headache, dizziness and all the rest. All right, caffeine, I'm coming back, OK? That'll teach me to ever leave your hot evil java scented love again.

To add to my general sense of bleah, I got news which I thought would please my mother; The hospital has brought my mole appointment forward from what they claim was the 2nd December (in fact, 28th October but who reads paperwork?) to 14th October. My mother, on hearing this, instantly gave me dozens of instructions. I am apparently meant to check the hospital's status on 'The League for MRSA.' MRSA seems to be some supervirus lurking in dirty hospitals. I didn't know they had leagues for this kind of thing. 5000 people die a year, claims my mother with a kind of dolorous glee. It's like being diagnosed by Eeyore.

My god, I feel rough. Best go sort this out. See you later LJ.

I'm not laughing at you feeing groggy but the mental image of being diagnosed by Eyeore had me nearly spitting coffee over my screen. :)

*sniggers back* yeah, it kind of cheers me up too!

green tea first thing in the morning might be a bit much my dear. You are probably better switching to decaff for a while and then replacing cups of coffee with cups of herbal tea. green tea will detox your system (apparently) but sounds like its a bit harsh for you right now
xx

Good idea. I thought a week of decaf would have done it, but no: the cleansing detoxifying power of green tea nearly killed me. Maybe I'm being held together by internal grime!

Sorry...I'd go with what Wends says...sounds like you and green tea aren't very suited. *makes note not to recommend things that will try to kill friends*

:-)

No apologies necessary, it was a really good idea! Green tea is known to be very good for you...I just barfed it by leaping in head first in my usual idiot fashion!
