smokingbootRobert P died yesterday morning/friday night.

Robert was a friend I never met. We grew acquainted through the Green Party online, and clashed horns a few times. He was a belligerent individual, a war-like personality in many ways, and he absolutely and unrelentingly detested Tories. But there was a softness in him too, and when his rabbit died, I sent him a private message of condolence. After that, there was a more gentle vibe between us. He was very supportive of my writing.
But oh, he was sad. He talked about wanting to die a lot, suicidal ideation brought on by severe Depression I think. He had been ill earlier this month. They say he died in his sleep. I hope it was peaceful.
My god, life is hard on some.
