The dream and the problem
Sep. 19th, 2021 09:59 amNo magic to it, despite such a fine afternoon. My ex and a girl with him, he was being very sardonic. A lot went on but I can't remember anything much beyond wondering where my ring was and then discovering my handbag had not only loads of rings in it, but loads of precious stones/tat to create rings from. In the end I chose a strange perspex ring with seasons and dotted lines across it; somehow it became a sort of compass/atlas on my hand. And then the problem began; the stupid groaning pain across my chest, til I had to leave my dream because this was real and hurting like a bastard. I have two sorts of medication which may help define what the problem is, but the medicine was downstairs and I couldn't get up. It wasn't like sleep paralysis, which I've had a few times before, it was just being woken slowly by pain, my limbs not wanting to join in at all. So I didn't, but just lay there till it passed.
It occurred to me that I have never had one of these attacks while standing. I've been sitting, then felt the pain, stood up then fallen to the floor, but it never starts from a standing position. My chest still feels bruised now. I need to work out what this son of a bitch is.
