smokingbootTendonitis I think. Very painful to the point of feeling nauseated, walking is extremely difficult.
But getting a physical appointment right now is even more difficult. I don't think a zoom call will do, I think this needs looking at. The cleaner is due here any minute and I am still in agony, still in my dressing gown.
I'm going to sit here and do nothing for a while. Maybe I got the day wrong and she is due on Thursday. Or maybe I got the time wrong and she'll be here for 10.

I have been sitting here for over an hour; I woke at 7.30, it's 10.16. It is not as painful but still quite bad, stomach churning rather than nauseating.
Unpleasant. Feel as though I need to go back to sleep, but can't recall for the life of me whether she is turning up today or not.
