Feeling terrible

smokingbootMy throat hurts. Surely this cannot be the fault of the asparagus. But I was fine yesterday before I ate the green stuff. I liked it too. I feel betrayed.
This morning's breakfast will consist of an instant coffee and a slab of bread covered in chocolate and hazelnut spread. In deference to health and goodness, the bread will be wholemeal.
