Thank you for your gentle hopes ❤️ I am well, the sun has soaked into my bones too deep to feel worry right now, but on return find many friends anxious and unhappy. I don't believe the world is as dark as they find it. That may be naive of course.

Re skin care, amen to skin cycling! It's always worked for me. The nearest I have found to a consistently good reaction-free regimen is the hot polish trio by Liz Earle, but my skin is definitely drier now, so maybe I should look around.
