Incredibly vivid colourful dreams; last night, a proud father was telling me about his multiple aged daughters whom he was bringing up 'Like Mexicans.' When I asked him what Mexican daughters liked, he said they liked chickens and rubber eggs (or rubber chickens and eggs) and lots and lots of money. There was much laughter and celebration. I still don't get it, but it was a fun dream. Maybe I'm a Mexican daughter at heart.
I made a seafood risotto last night. Tasted OK. I am very surprised indeed, but suspect the strange dreams and semi-successful cooking attempts may be linked. My list of dishes I can make without killing people now numbers 4.
Still, things seem to be improving. I do not talk of work type stuff, lest I call down the wrath of the hubris fairies. But today feels somewhat better.
