smokingbootLast night, Pie chewed his way through the top of the gerbil cage and got out; clearly Number 1 Son is teaching him all he knows. What is wrong with these animals? Are they sith?
Ralik came in last night mewing in a very odd way. Instead of his usually 'eh-eh-ehheheheheh' demands for attention or food, he sang a long clear note like a repeating chime. It was the sound of victory; his prize from somewhere out in the darkness looked like an imploded cuttlefish but was in fact a dog chew. He is very proud of it.
Police checked out on Mum; she's not in the flat, so she's probably in Spain. That's good, I hope.
Maelstrom weekend swiftly approaching. Time to pull myself together and do stuff.
