A gentle night

smokingbootWe didn't play after all. Instead, we all just chilled out and talked, and it felt really good. The evening didn't need the game to improve it.
It's only when I begin to relax around people that I recognise how guarded I am in general, and how the word 'gentle' is one of my favourite descriptions of people and situations. I am nicely softened up now. Some people are just easy to have around!
