Psychoboot
May. 24th, 2004 11:53 amShe came, she saw, she kicked ass. She got her ass kicked and they left beeeeg purple welts all over her. She keeeeled them, she keeeeled lots of them, they were very sorry for peppering her shapely butt with their poxy paintballs. That'll larn 'em. Dice with psychoboot and you dice with death, or at least, with lots and lots of yellow gunk.
As you may detect, LJ, I had a fine weekend.
The paintball place in Knutsford was beautiful. Even if we hadn't been playing, I would have been blissed out to wander the site. Yellow light streaming through beech and silver birch and untamed rhododendrons; it was stunningly beautiful. I watched it for a while and then I had to get down to the business of pest control.
In fact, the whole weekend was cool. Excellent friend had excellent news for his birthday, the Stabface campaign swung into gear once more, and all was very well. My character is becoming easier to play. I like her flaws and I like her efficiency, but not being very methodical myself it is hard to play someone whose mind is as ordered as hers. A real challenge, starting to pay off.
Add to this the news that Out Of Our Brilliant Minds is heading towards these shores, and it can safely be said that I am very happy today.
Oh, and about the poison warning; Keep your teeth under control and you should be all right. If I like you. Which I do.
