Work imperative this weekend

So I did the garden instead.

Considering the pleasures of blossom and fruit, the added benefits to butterflies and bees, and all the magical and mythological provenances associated, I went to buy an apple tree.

I came back with a quince tree. Neither jam nor folklore induced me. In the end, I bought it because it is really pretty. Leans funny though.

Its name is Quincey.
