Last night, for the first night in ages, I went to bed in a state of neither high nerves nor total exhaustion. I felt really calm and serene, happy actually; don't know how that happened, possibly the addition of roses to the garden; three chirpy little floribundas and my beautiful velvety one. Now in the spirit of good companion planting, I want to plant some garlic around them. I replanted a lot of my teeny conifers and heathers - the latter grow in such abundance they were in danger of smothering up the dwarf pear tree, so they have been moved to a less cramped distance...the lavender has been left though, because I love to see the blue flowers touching the tree's lower branches. And I fell asleep feeling very good. Then I had some odd dreams I record here, for my own memory rather than any special interest.
( nothing to see here )
And now, breathe in and out, time to greet the day.
