Live roleplaying is just an extension of the playground, with everybody getting what they can out of the costume trunk in the attic, and everybody making up their own lines. Sometimes playgrounds are cruel,harrowing places, cos children can be monstrous egos and hurt each other badly. And sometimes, of course, it's just fun. Making things up and playing characters is usually lots of fun.

The only really bad thing about the event was the sheer exhaustion/cold at night which KO'd me, ruining my hopes of spending quality time with chums, in particular completely missing![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
