Sounds and notes

The day is going all right, not as productive as I would like but there you go.
Sometimes memories intrude. There's a song I heard recently with a note in it that Mum used to reach when she was sad. She would say/sing,'children' in this key...it was such a forlorn sound. Well, I heard the song and can't get it out of my head.
Meeting chums tomorrow and on Friday and Saturday and Sunday!
Everything is good, it's just this one note that makes me want to cry.
