Orange Blob

There's a little orange blob in the corner of my icon. If I click on it, it says 'something new,' but that's it. I have no idea what the 'something new' is and the orange blob is really irritating to look at.

In other news, the boys' engagement party was excellent; lots of cocktails with champagne, blueberry juice and rosewater (I christened it 'The Prince of Poland,' after Mateus, who spent ages trying to get the mixture right). Lovely people, lovely food, lovely evening. Had a strange dream in which Daft Bint had discovered a leak from the chalice well in Glastonbury, and wanted us to go into business selling access to it. I didn't know what to do, so I went to the water, only to find myself looking at some kind of schematics plan of a very old place, far older than the constructs of Guinevere and round tables etc. There were little splinters of glass everywhere. I was told its name, which I'll keep because it is very evocative, and is the main reason for recording this at all. Normally I don't bother with dreams affected by late night eating and drinking.

The day is sunny and pleasant. And I am happy to sit here doing nothing.
