A mere pittance to help Tory MPs like Andrew Rossindell get over what he called the national humiliation of pink passports. Apart from bringing up questions about his inabilities in colour recognition (the current passport is an unambiguous burgundy) one wonders what is so very humiliating about the colour pink.
