Looking back over this year, we have been ill, a lot.
Feb Covid
June either Covid or something else nasty, I can't recall tests and stuff.
Aug Cancer diagnosis
Nov/Dec Covid
A lot of this comes down to travel. R flies down and back from England every 2/3 weeks, which obviously has a risk factor. Ignoring the major problem, that's a severe respiratory issue every four months. Even if we stuff ourselves with vitamins and stay up to date on shots, which themselves are debilitating, it's hard not to raise an eyebrow at this.
The irony is that the mates whose flat we were going to stay at in Malta just got back... with Covid.
