Because you have lost weight from under your bust but your actual breast has remained pretty much the same size. At least that's how it works mathematically.

Hence why I am such a stupidly large cup size because I have a quite narrow underbust measurement.

My earlier attempts at dieting have always resulted on weight loss from my face and my breasts:-( I'm pleased but surprised that it hasn't happened again:-)
