Twitter is free as far as I am aware - I certainly haven't paid anything to be on it. It doesn't do much, but can be a laugh; especially as half the time the character limitations mean that entries can be splendidly cryptic.

I find it very strange indeed. How do I stop following people? I click on the instructions and it tells me it 'needs a post.'

Ah, Boot - there you are (or may I call you Crates?).

To stop following people, or to block unwanted followers, look at the top right of the Twitter screen where it numbers the people you follow and the number that follow you. Click on them and they will all be listed handily.

It gives you the option to cast people you are following adrift, and options to block those hacks you don't want following you!
