I am a little scared.

No reason, I've made a fool of myself a thousand times before, what matter if I do it again? Just talk and laugh and never take oneself too seriously.

But I am a bit afraid. Just a bit.

It's good to be a little bit afraid I think, it would be weird if you weren't. I doubt you will make a fool of yourself. Hope it goes swimmingly well.
