smokingbootI have a stomach problem. My suspicion is that it is a lurking remnant of the bug I had in March.
It hasn't been a big deal really, the day before yesterday I had heard news of the Cat-Killer of Croydon, and went down to the gym ready to punch something hard. Because the bags were being used I went on the cardio machine instead, and interspersed running and fast walking for 60 minutes, 3 x my usual time. Adrenaline is a great thing. It left me convinced my stomach was no issue.
Today, there's no getting past it,this is uncomfortable. And I have a lot of stuff to get through... So here goes. See you later LJ.
