I love it. I never met a form of bread I didn't like, from Turkish flatbreads to sourdough and foccacias, even that worrying palpy white stuff they sell in every streetcorner grocers for 39 pence a loaf... I can sturdily chomp my way through it, sans butter or anything else to rescue the taste. Well, started to do without bread in Sydney on account of there being so much else to eat, and haven't come back to it. Just cut it out of my diet.

The IBS I have suffered for over 6 years has completely stopped. I feel... better. A hell of a lot better. I deserve a reward. Quick! To the cannoli!
