Dreams and Diet

I feel stressed of course what with this stupid stomach thing and selling the house. But even by my usual standards, these dreams are vivid.

I dreamed I was with a woman with whom I have a complex relationship, some very good, some very bad. As we sat, I felt the need to blow my nose, and keep blowing. When I finished, I noticed that all the tissues were saturated in purple blood. Her irises had changed growing larger and darker as she watched me. I checked myself out in the mirror. I could see streaks and trails of where the purple blood had stained my philtrum, and a miniscule cut close to one nostril. It wasn't bleeding.

As I sit here with nothing but tea, my stomach rebels. It doesn't even like boiled rice with grated apple, which, apart from the very occasional banana, is all I'm eating. God, this is really getting in my way.

I hope you feel better soon. Given how useless the medical establishment was at diagnosing what was going on with previous stomach issues, I am reluctant to say, "Go to the doctor." But it seems like this stomach issue has been going on longer than food poisoning episodes usually last.

According to the Doctor, it could last another 3 weeks! What the hell happened to tummy bugs? I remember when they were gone in 24 hours!
