Alas poor rat

smokingbootAwful dream last night.
Some rank meat in a tin that had to be opened.The meat was horrible, we threw it in the bin which fell over, and two massive rats came out, scampering off. Because I had to touch that ghastly stuff, I washed my hands, and when I returned, decided I had to find and remove those rats. Then I came across a white one with a pink nose, a pet or lab rat. I introduced it to Mismatch and they played with each other, even going to far to bite each others teeth. I was a bit alarmed about this, because I assumed that the lab rats had been among the sewer rats and might have diseases to pass on. I didn't need to worry long though, because Mismatch closed her jaws around the poor creature's throat and killed it.
I should have been faster to remove the rat, I knew it wasn't safe.
Definitely unhappy.
