well, that's on its way out, thank god.

Looking at R, it seems like a 7 day thing at its height, though we've yet to see if it lingers. He's still not 100%, but he will be working today, though personally I think he shouldn't.

I am, I think, about 2/3 days behind him. This one seems to peak fast, so hopefully its effects won't last as long. But it's been nasty, at its worst so bad I was too fever ridden to medicate the cats.

I will isolate til the end of the week, test myself on either Friday or Saturday morning. It's not gone but the improvement is distinct. R is talking about how we are meant to be going to the Rugby on Saturday. I hope so, but am not optimistic.

Me too! Very unpleasant for about 3 days, the other four more like a bad flu.
