All holiday I've been tromping around in the sun, going up and down hills, going up and down stairs, cos our airB&B didn't have a lift. Only once did I take Naproxen for my tendon.

Got back on Wednesday, pain started again Thursday, got worse over the past couple of days til it was giving me real gyp yesterday. I haven't walked nearly as far! What's the matter with it? All that's changed is temperature and perhaps some ambient damp. Pfff.

Huh. Changes in barometric pressure can cause swelling in tendons and muscles (and even bones.). Typically, though, that's associated with arthritis.
