This has not been the easiest day. Some bad luck, some bad poetry to match it , and I am sitting in the dark at nearly 1am. The sounds of a strumming guitar reach me through the walls with a few added vocals here and there. I have to make effort to hear the singing, as far as I can tell it’s good. But there’s no doubt about the guitar; someone can really play.

Thank you so much, it was all right really, I was fretting about the cats, the internet here has not been working, the front of the washing machine door jammed thoroughly and I have been this close to channelling my inner memsahib, But the cats seem to be ok, (though I am not at peace completely about them ) the internet finally seems to be fixed, the door of the washing machine must be replaced, all our clothes were dutifully hung out to dry, everything folded away in a really sweet lovely gesture, , and the guitar was worth staying up for. So it is just a case of me accepting and chilling!
