Never wanted kids, knew it from the time I had words to form the ideas. Just not for me, not this lifetime and if this is the only lifetime, not ever. I have only ever had two moments of possible doubt. One was on seeing the beautiful baby in Grosse Pointe Blank, and the other is this:

If R was the hubby and these were our sons, then OK, possibly. But in fairness, my kids would not be like this. One would do nothing but read and refuse to go out, one would despise reading and refuse to come in, and both would most likely see ghosts/get messages from aliens.

Honestly, I think I've saved the planet a lot of hassle.

One of the better things about being born at this particular time in the West is that people (for which read women) who do not want to have children are less pressured to have children.

That said... My kids dance for me on my birthday. I guess it's a thing?
