Friday night: Psychotic taxi driver, 'Wetting the Baby's Head,' excellent chums, artsy cafe/bistro/bar/waiting-for-the-film-to-start place, followed by decent pub followed by Jilly's and the Curse of Friday Night. Had a great time. Honoured young master Garret's entry into this world by getting utterly bombed.

Saturday night: Very fragile, more excellent chums, delicious lamb in rosemary and garlic followed by bread-and-butter pud, Munchkin bites, Munchkin Fu, best of all possible results: There can only be one Fu Master, and it is the Boot.

Sunday; many constructive things, worry about Number 1 Houdini Son, who will never more be part of the gerbil monastery. Despite the amount of gerbil crap shovelled into his cage, he won't accept their smell and vice versa. Blast.

But Jose Mourinho made me laugh like a drain.

Today is the last day for a while I can malinger on LJ, when in fact, I should be preparing for tomorrow. March is going to be a very intense month; I will still be around occasionally, but the time has come for real heart of the Boot type work. Hope I can cut it.
