Oh I know it doesn't mean much, mustn't expect too much too soon, the book may still be jettisoned from the eyes of uncaring publishers, but it is a start, it is a step. Date: 2006-02-08 06:58 pm (UTC)Whilst it is good to be adult and sensible about things, it is also vitally important to dance the dance of glee whenever it is possible to do so. Feel the happiness and the joy when it exists and worry about being serious later, there will be plenty of time to do that whilst you are finishing the writing (assuming you haven't do that just yet) and whilst you are waiting for stupid publishers to come back to you with the deal you deserve!
So for now ... Wheeeeee!
