The Weekend Rule...
Jan. 25th, 2004 07:03 pm...is that we make sure there's one weekend a month we spend cuddling up, cleaning the house, doing stuff together, not going out to events/meeting chums etc.
Rules are made to be broken. Can we help it if the world's too damn interesting? Friday night, Sorts It Out came round and we had an excellent evening. Then last night, accompanied by Twinklebrain, Born To Rule, Sensible But Spiritual and Laughs Like Gravel, we went to see the Chisinau National Ballet perform the Nutcracker, choreographed by Yuri Grigorivitch.
The most interesting thing I found out about Chisinau is that it's the capital of a place called Moldova near the Ukraine. The most interesting thing about Grigorivitch is that he's done some hot shit with the Bolshoi ballet. And the most interesting thing about the Nutcracker is that it is still, well, the Nutcracker!
