Perspective

My fingertips have not been chewed away, due to a recovery from total ph33r. After all, if this little project doesn't work, it doesn't work, it's not as though it's really important. I must remember that.

Perspective was made easier for me last night, care of excellent companions. We talked about many things, deep, important, personal, harrowing, all and none of the above. I love debate, especially when others put their points across so gracefully and with such lucidity.

Stayed up until the early hours, and I don't regret a minute of it. Now morning has come, I've had my coffee, it's time to find another reason to procrastinate!

Numptella

Numptella strikes again. And this time, she has thoroughly embarrassed herself.

Let's take the list of follies from the top. First, the project I am doing is not serious or important. But when Numptella takes control, she just cannot relax. She turns into Monica out of Friends. She must Win! It must be Right! Viva the way she wants it! Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Q much tension.
Numptella's mighty passion powers do not work on modern technology.
Numptella tries.
Numptella fails.
Numptella winds herself up.
Numptella phones up partner in project, roars at them for giving no support and doing bugger all, even though said partner has had a lot of stuff to deal with and this really isn't that important.
Numptella blasts the offender into a supernova because the 'deadline' is next week.
Numptella storms, rants and rails against fate.
Long suffering partner points out that our heroine has got the dates wrong, and in fact the deadline is much further on than she realised.
