Better

Yesterday was a tough day for several reasons, but it ended very well, with a call from an expert on the area of my project. He pretty much nailed the mystery of the refugees for me, now what I need to do is contact the appropriate archivist, and I may well have one of those singular pieces of information that make everything else fall into place. There's got to be a word for that, but I can't recall it.

I sit here, little white cat making it impossible for me to see the screen because she wants me to stroke her.

Today, life is all right.
