Now is not the time

Woke with a sore throat, bunged up nose, claggy head and serious aches and pains. This is not the time for a cold. I have books to write, zombies to outrun... and I really need to pass a hoover around this place before our guests come at the weekend.

I was talking to a mate on the phone this afternoon, had to ring off because I was falling asleep. No fault of the conversation, just groggy as hell.

I think it's time for a toddy, a hot bath, and Ru Paul's Drag Race.
