Sedated, intubated, still stable but still critical, little sign of progress.

MRI scan shows no brain damage but upper lobe of lung damaged from Covid. They were proning him, he seems to be tolerating the supine position with less oxygen requirement.

I try not to, but it makes me think of Mark. So many of us, including Andrew, visiting him when the end was coming. But maybe not being able to visit Andrew helps, keeps it away from that parallel of saying goodbye, keeps the whole thing in the realm of life, a hospital procedure, nothing maudlin, no passing vultures, no tears. I think he can do it. Come on Andrew!
