Something scary happened last night, so much so that I cannot write it here. I try to force it down and nothing happens, so I do the DW equivalent of vaguebooking. Irritating. But I must keep some record of this, and if it never happens again, great, otherwise could be a serious game changer.

Or maybe I am over reacting. I must be. I hope so.

Next post will be ridiculous nonsense, because I need it.

A Jonah Day

They'll get back to me when they can. There's nothing supercilious or dismissive in that, in fact it's a form of relief... the very fact that they are not ushering me to the hospital right now implies it's nothing much. When it came to the diagnosis of the lump they practically sent a flying carpet to fetch me, so if they are chill now, it's probably not that big a deal.

They just phoned back. Very reassuring, but recommend a check up with the GP. That, of course, could take weeks but eh, I'll try.

Busy bee sets about doing good busy bee things; take my highly phenolic olive oil, create the green juice, drink it, wash up the blender. I get into the groove, singing my heart out, trying to reach notes my music teacher once informed me were as much within my reach as Atlantis; heartened I wipe things up... Only to have a wine glass explode on me. On me. All over me, and the sink, and the kitchen floor. Flecks are in my jumper. I am so lucky to have been wearing my glasses.

I am beginning to wonder if I have offended someone.

Anyway, one good thing. The swans were back yesterday, in a totally inappropriate part of the park where dog walkers run their pets. Are they hungry? Is there no food down at the lake?
