They tell you how to do a custom mood theme here, although they don't really tell you anything useful. If you have images you want to use then you just need to resize them (I like 75x75, but smaller is ok) and upload them to ScrapBook, Photobucket or wherever. Once you've done that, you use the Custom Mood Theme editor to 'create' the mood theme (i.e. copy and paste the URLs into the appropriate mood boxes and enter the size for each pic etc). It's a fairly intuitive process; I remember being confused the first time I made one because I was trying to follow someone else's instructions.
I need to make more icons for my mediaeval mood theme, although I find that I tend to use the same moods--tired, busy, pissed off.... :D
I know how you feel, I keep trotting out the same moods. I want new ones; justified, ancient, obsequious, quaint, vicious, squamous...
With my superpowers of haplessness at their height, creation of a new icon set may have to wait a while, but these are very useful directions, thank you.
