Dreams last night, some good, some horrible. The one that scared me most had me in a house I knew was haunted, and eventually saw proof, the classic indent of a body on a bed, snoring very softly. I knew that the way to get rid of it was not to be afraid but to spring onto the space where the phantom lay, jolting its ectoplasm out of the way and claiming the bed for this reality here and now. I leapt in and somehow at the same time sat bolt upright in the bed screaming, when I realised that the ghost I had disturbed was my own.
