So we are at the stage of trying to move things on as quickly as possible.

We've got a nice house,
1 Front room
I massive kitchen
three bedrooms
one toilet,
one toilet and bathroom
One utility room
One conservatory.
1 garden
S'all good, in Heyside between Shaw and Royton, North of Manchester. Sweet area.

We're moving to London, but we want to keep our house. So we want tenants who are reliable and can pay £550 a month, plus their own bills obviously. Interested? Geez a shout below, know anyone who may be interested? Pass this on to them. Cheers:-)

I'm just going to whimper at the fact that you can rent a 3 bedroom house for £550...you do know oyu'll get the drip tray of someone's freezer for that in London, right?

Prices are pretty astonishing, and rental prices are set to go up all over the country I've heard. Maybe the panic will die down...
