I wonder if that's right by where the IRA nail bomb that took out the horses went off. It'd be strikingly appropriate if it was, and I know that was the Park Lane end of Hyde Park.

Noe, the bomb was at the suoth near Park Lane; the memorial is in Park Lane and tu the north.
