Our house is on a hill on a hill, steps leading up to the door between some big bushes and trees. A spider has built the most perfect arch between on either side of the steps. It looks perfectly planned, and she sits there seeming most content.

Naturally she will extend. Even now, I am trying hard to make sure my head and her house never collide.

That reminds me of your book, which I enjoyed. Feels like a long time ago now - it's one of the few I have kept, rather than giving away. Do not bump into the web and allow yourself to become a crystalline confection for a prince.
